About the Role

As a Porter at Time Out Market, you will be the backbone of our venue's operational flow and guest experience. You will partner with the team to ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of all seating areas, including communal tables, kiosks, bars, and outdoor patios. Your day will involve constantly monitoring areas to clear guest trays, promptly clean surfaces for reuse, and transporting plateware and silverware to the dishwash area to ensure readiness for service.

You will play a vital role in maintaining the venue's professional image and safety standards. This includes keeping concessions stocked, sweeping foot flow areas, checking restroom supplies, and promptly addressing spills to prevent hazards. You will work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where creating a sense of urgency and maintaining composure are essential. Your positive energy and ability to communicate effectively will help set the pace for the venue and ensure guests enjoy a seamless experience.
