About the Role
As a vital Sleep (Polysomnographic) Technologist, you will transform lives by diagnosing and treating complex sleep disorders through advanced in-center and home testing (HSAT). This role is designed for those who want to master cutting-edge technology to unlock the secrets of restorative sleep.
You will lead comprehensive patient care, providing expert education and mentoring staff. Your day will involve conducting positive airway pressure (PAP) interface fitting and desensitization to improve therapy compliance, as well as performing equipment and physiological calibrations to ensure artifact-free data. You will be responsible for distinguishing sleep states, identifying clinical events, and generating comprehensive clinical reports to facilitate accurate physician interpretation. Beyond technical duties, you will manage equipment cleaning and disinfection in strict adherence to lab policy while maintaining professional relationships with internal and external partners.
