The PMO Intern will support the Enterprise Technology PMO team in coordinating and tracking enterprise-wide technology initiatives. This role is designed to provide exposure to enterprise systems, IT program management, and project delivery processes while working closely with cross-functional technology, business, and operational teams.
In this position, you will assist with maintaining project timelines, documentation, status reporting, and meeting coordination to ensure projects remain organized and on schedule. You will gain hands-on experience tracking project milestones, risks, and dependencies, organizing dashboards and project artifacts, and contributing to process improvement initiatives that enhance workflow efficiency and project visibility. This internship is ideal for candidates interested in technology project management, enterprise systems, venue technology, or IT operations.

Prior internship, coursework, or academic project exposure to project management, hospitality or retail operations, or technology initiatives. Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet or Asana.

Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in related field; Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree in related field.
