About the Role

We are seeking a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) physician for a mixed office and hospital-based practice in coastal Santa Cruz. You will work in a collegial, autonomous environment with well-respected physicians and APPs, managing a 20-bed, CARF-certified Acute Rehabilitation Unit and a bustling consult service. This role offers opportunities to precept advanced practice providers and future residents while maintaining a balanced schedule with a 1:5 hospital call rotation.
