About the Role
The Plant Operations Maintenance Assistant supports and assists the Plant Supervisor in plant operations needs. This role is essential for maintaining the community's interior and exterior standards, ensuring grounds are kept, and assisting in all phases of maintenance pertaining to resident apartments and common areas. The ideal candidate will bring organizational skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize, and a passion for serving seniors.
