- check_circleProvide exterior maintenance of the community including grounds keeping
- check_circleAssist in all phases of maintenance pertaining to resident apartments and common areas
- check_circleAssist in coordination of community events
- check_circleSupport the Plant Supervisor in plant operations needs
Requirements
- verifiedHVAC certification (preferred)
- verifiedExperience working with seniors (preferred)
- verifiedExperience with state and local agency inspections (preferred)
