About the Role

This position offers a unique opportunity to influence how maintenance is performed on-site at our organics facility in Boonanarring, WA. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for inspecting, servicing, and repairing fixed plant equipment and machinery. Your role involves troubleshooting faults to minimize downtime through proactive repairs, utilizing specialized tools and diagnostic equipment to solve complex problems, and performing regular preventive maintenance and safety checks. You will also support new equipment installations and project upgrades while collaborating across teams and assisting other trades when needed.

The role is based on a permanent, full-time basis with a Monday to Friday schedule. Expect early starts at 6 am, with opportunities for weekend work and overtime. Employees are eligible for a Fitness Passport membership, providing access to gyms and fitness facilities across the country.
