As a Plant Health Care Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring, diagnosing, and treating tree and shrub health issues within a specific territory. This role is ideal for someone who loves problem-solving, enjoys working outdoors, and takes pride in protecting and enhancing the natural environment.
In this position, you will operate independently to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day work involves inspecting plant material to identify pests, diseases, or other concerns, and selecting the most appropriate treatments to promote plant health. You will also prepare written diagnostic reports and educate clients about their landscape while operating spray and application equipment safely and effectively.
To join our team, you must be authorized to lawfully work in the U.S. and possess a valid driver's license with the ability to operate service-line vehicles. We are committed to your development, requiring a willingness to learn plant and tree identification, safe equipment use, and a commitment to completing required training and obtaining necessary certifications and licenses.
