About the Role
The Place Finish Field Lead is a working foreman position critical to translating project plans into successful field execution. You will lead and execute place and finish operations to deliver safe, high-quality concrete outcomes aligned with project goals. This role involves directing and developing place/finish crews, applying disciplined phase planning practices, and coordinating equipment, materials, and workforce readiness to achieve predictable results. You will drive productivity, craftsmanship, and team performance while ensuring the delivery of concrete work that meets defined safety, quality, and production standards.
Hiring Process
Candidates for this position must have a minimum of 5 years of experience leading a finishing crew or in a similar capacity. The role requires the ability to travel between jobs as needed to oversee execution across projects.
