About the Role
Cutter Aviation is seeking an energetic and knowledgeable aviation professional to serve as the Pilot-in-Command (PIC) of a new PC-12 Pilatus based at our Phoenix Sky Harbor location. This role is designed to support owner travel requirements and on-demand charter operations, requiring single-pilot proficiency in both Part 91 and Part 135 environments.
As the PIC, you will be the primary face of Cutter Aviation. This position demands exceptional relationship-building skills and a drive to provide world-class customer service to owners and clients. You will act as the external representative of the company to aircraft owners, operators, business partners, and the broader business aviation community. Success in this role requires a liaison with Cutter Flight Management regarding all phases of aircraft operations and support.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter capable of working independently while maintaining a friendly rapport with passengers and crew. You must be willing to adapt to rotating schedules and short-notice callouts, remaining available 24/7 year-round. Your work style should reflect reliability, composure under stress, and a cooperative attitude, ensuring you can handle high-stress situations calmly and accept criticism effectively.
