About the Role
As an Air Interdiction Agent (AIA), you will join a rewarding career in aviation-based law enforcement. This role offers the opportunity to work with a skilled team of pilots and professionals in a dynamic environment where your expertise directly impacts national security. You will conduct air patrols, surveillance, and pursuit activities to intercept smuggled goods via land, air, or sea, while also supporting search and rescue and humanitarian efforts.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements: U.S. Citizen; Primary U.S. residency for at least 3 of last 5 years; Maximum age 40 (or 37 without waiver); 1 year specialized aviation experience; FAA Commercial or ATP Pilot Certification with specific ratings; and 1500 total flight hours (waiver to 1000 possible).
