About the Role

As an Air Interdiction Agent (AIA), you will serve as a critical asset in aviation-based law enforcement. This role is designed for experienced pilots seeking a rewarding career that combines technical flying expertise with the mission of securing our borders. You will perform air patrol, surveillance, and pursuit activities to intercept smuggled contraband via land vehicles, aircraft, or vessels. Your day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring suspect behavior, analyzing strategic and tactical intelligence, and supporting search and rescue and humanitarian efforts. Hiring Process

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes Special Salary Rates, Law Enforcement Availability Pay (LEAP), and potential recruitment and retention incentives. New hires may be eligible for a one-time recruitment incentive of $10,000 upon completing the Federal Law Enforcement Training Academy (FLETC), subject to a one-year service agreement.
