As an Air Interdiction Agent (AIA), you will serve as a skilled pilot and law enforcement officer, performing aviation-based operations to secure the nation's borders. This is a unique opportunity to combine your aviation expertise with a rewarding career in federal law enforcement. You will work alongside a dedicated team to conduct air patrols, surveillance, and pursuit activities against smuggled contraband via land, air, and sea. Your day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring suspect behavior, analyzing strategic intelligence, and supporting search and rescue and humanitarian efforts.

Duty locations are assigned based on operational requirements, mission needs, and critical agency hiring priorities. Successful candidates must be willing to work at any duty location within the region they select. Assignments may include:
A specific duty location will be offered after successfully completing a three-part assessment. The final offer letter may include any geographic location within the Southwest Border Region, Southeast Border Region, Caribbean Air and Marine Branch (CAMB), or National Air Security Operation Centers (NASOC) Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) locations.
