About the Role
As an Air Interdiction Agent (AIA), you will join a rewarding career in law enforcement where your aviation expertise directly supports national security. You will perform aviation-based operations to patrol, surveil, and pursue smuggled contraband via land, air, and sea. This role involves monitoring suspect activities, analyzing strategic intelligence, and supporting search and rescue efforts. Hiring Process

U.S. Customs and Border Protection is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements: U.S. Citizenship; Primary U.S. residency for 3 of last 5 years; Age under 40 (or under 37 without waiver); FAA Commercial or ATP Pilot Certification with specific ratings; FAA Class 1, 2, or Military medical flight clearance (within 12 months); and 1500 total flight hours (waiver to 1000 possible).
