About the Role

As an Air Interdiction Agent (AIA), you will join a rewarding career in law enforcement, performing aviation-based operations to detect, prevent, and apprehend terrorists, weapons, and contraband attempting to illegally enter or attack the United States. This role offers the opportunity to work with a skilled team of pilots and professionals in a dynamic environment that includes air patrol, surveillance, pursuit activities, and strategic intelligence analysis. You will also support critical search and rescue and humanitarian efforts.

Hiring Process

Duty Locations

Duty locations are assigned based on operational requirements, mission needs, and critical agency hiring needs. Successful candidates must be willing to work at any duty location within the region they select. Potential locations include:

• Southeast Region: Homestead, FL and CAMB (Aguadilla, PR).
• Southwest Region: Tucson and Yuma, AZ; San Diego, CA; El Paso, Laredo, and McAllen, TX.
• NASOC UAS Locations: Sierra Vista, AZ; San Angelo, TX.

A duty location will be offered after successfully completing a three-part assessment. The final offer letter may include any geographic location within the Southwest Border Region, Southeast Border Region, Caribbean Air and Marine Branch (CAMB), or National Air Security Operation Centers (NASOC) Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) locations.
