As an Air Interdiction Agent (AIA), you will serve as a key member of a full-time, security-based team dedicated to the detection, prevention, interdiction, and apprehension of terrorists, weapons, and contraband attempting to illegally enter or attack the United States. This role is designed for those seeking an exciting and rewarding career that combines aviation expertise with law enforcement duties.
Your day-to-day mission involves conducting air patrol, surveillance, and pursuit activities to intercept smuggled goods via land vehicles, aircraft, or vessels. You will monitor behavior patterns of suspect persons and assets, collect and analyze strategic intelligence, and support search and rescue and humanitarian efforts. AMO actively seeks seasoned pilots and those with military training to join this critical operation.

A duty location will be offered after successfully completing a three-part assessment. The final offer letter may include any geographic location within the Southwest Border Region, Southeast Border Region, Caribbean Air and Marine Branch (CAMB), or National Air Security Operation Centers (NASOC) Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) locations.
