As an Air Interdiction Agent (AIA), you will perform aviation-based law enforcement operations. This role is designed for experienced pilots who want to apply their skills in a dynamic, high-stakes environment. Your day-to-day activities will involve conducting air patrols, surveillance, and pursuit activities to intercept smuggled contraband via land vehicles, aircraft, or vessels. You will monitor behavior patterns of suspect persons and vessels, collect and analyze strategic intelligence, and support search and rescue and humanitarian efforts.

Duty locations are assigned based on operational requirements, mission needs, and critical agency hiring priorities. You must be willing to work at any duty location within the region you select. Potential locations include:
A specific duty location will be offered after successfully completing a three-part assessment. The final offer letter may include any geographic location within the Southwest Border Region, Southeast Border Region, Caribbean Air and Marine Branch (CAMB), or National Air Security Operation Centers (NASOC) Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) locations.
