As an Air Interdiction Agent (AIA), you will serve as a critical asset in aviation-based law enforcement operations. This role is designed for experienced pilots seeking a rewarding career with exceptional stability and the chance to make a tangible impact on border security. You will partner with ground assets to conduct air patrols, surveillance, and pursuit activities targeting smuggled contraband via land, air, or sea. Your day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring suspect behavior patterns, analyzing strategic and tactical intelligence, and supporting search and rescue and humanitarian efforts.
This is a full-time, security-based position where your aviation skills are directly applied to the mission of securing the nation's borders. The role offers a dynamic environment where you must rapidly evaluate information and make judicious decisions during in-flight operations across diverse environments, including night, poor weather, and low altitudes.

Successful candidates will be required to complete a three-part assessment. Upon completion, a duty location will be offered based on operational and mission requirements. You must be willing to work at any duty location within the region you select, which may include the Southeast Region, Southwest Region, Caribbean Air and Marine Branch (CAMB), or National Air Security Operation Centers (NASOC) UAS locations.
