As an Air Interdiction Agent (AIA), you will join a rewarding career in aviation-based law enforcement. You will perform air patrol, surveillance, and pursuit activities, monitoring suspect behavior and analyzing strategic intelligence to secure the nation's borders.
The day-to-day life of an AIA involves high-stakes operations, including the interdiction of smuggled goods via land, air, or sea, as well as supporting search and rescue and humanitarian efforts. Successful candidates will undergo a three-part assessment. Upon completion, a duty location will be offered based on operational and mission requirements. You must be willing to work at any location within the selected region, including the Southeast, Southwest, Caribbean Air and Marine Branch (CAMB), or National Air Security Operation Centers (NASOC) UAS locations.
