As an Air Interdiction Agent (AIA), you will serve as a skilled pilot within a security-based, full-time law enforcement career. This role exists to detect, prevent, and interdict terrorists, weapons, and contraband from illegally entering or attacking the United States. You will perform aviation-based operations that include conducting air patrols, surveillance, and pursuit activities against smuggled goods moving via land, air, or sea. Your day-to-day work involves monitoring suspect behavior, analyzing strategic and tactical intelligence, and supporting search and rescue and humanitarian efforts.
