Air and Marine Operations (AMO), a component of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), is an elite team of highly trained professionals dedicated to protecting America. As an Air Interdiction Agent (AIA), you will serve as a skilled pilot and law enforcement officer, performing aviation-based operations to secure the nation's borders. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine your aviation expertise with a rewarding career in federal law enforcement. You will work alongside a dedicated team to conduct air patrols, surveillance, and pursuit activities against smuggled contraband via land vehicles, aircraft, or vessels. Your day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring suspect behavior, analyzing strategic intelligence, and supporting search and rescue and humanitarian efforts.
AMO is actively recruiting seasoned pilots and those with military training to join this mission-critical team. Whether operating manned aircraft or Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS), you will play a vital role in the detection and apprehension of threats.
