About the Role

As an Air Interdiction Agent (AIA), you will serve as a skilled pilot and law enforcement officer, performing aviation-based operations to secure the nation's borders. This is a unique opportunity to combine your aviation expertise with a critical law enforcement mission. You will conduct air patrols, surveillance, and pursuit activities targeting smuggled contraband via land vehicles, aircraft, or vessels. Your day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring suspect behavior, analyzing strategic and tactical intelligence, and supporting search and rescue and humanitarian efforts.

Duty Locations: Duty locations are assigned based on operational and mission requirements. Successful candidates must be willing to work at any location within their selected region, which may include:

• Southeast Region: Homestead, FL and Aguadilla, PR.
• Southwest Region: Tucson and Yuma, AZ; San Diego, CA; El Paso, Laredo, and McAllen, TX.
• NASOC UAS Locations: Sierra Vista, AZ; San Angelo, TX.

A duty location will be offered after successfully completing a three-part assessment. The final offer letter will specify a geographic location within the Southwest Border Region, Southeast Border Region, Caribbean Air and Marine Branch (CAMB), or National Air Security Operation Centers (NASOC).
