About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our Department of Urology as a founding member. You will help shape the future of urologic care, education, and research within a leading academic health system. The role offers the rare chance to contribute to the inaugural development of the department, balancing clinical excellence with academic growth.

You will work in a collaborative team environment focused on delivering patient-centered care. Your day will involve outpatient clinic, inpatient rounding, operating room cases, and shared call coverage. As the program grows, you will also take on academic responsibilities, contributing to the next generation of physicians.
