PHYSICIAN - Rheumatology (1.0 FTE)

About the Team

Join a highly collaborative team within an established Rheumatology practice. You will work alongside one other Rheumatologist and three Nurse Practitioners, supported by dedicated and supportive staff. The environment is designed to foster professional growth and work-life balance, with a schedule primarily Monday through Friday and no call obligations.

About the Role

This position offers a focused clinical practice with a manageable patient load of 15–17 patients per day. The role is based at the South University Clinic, serving a regional service area that includes 25 clinics and 5 hospitals. Candidates will be compensated based on experience, with opportunities for additional bonuses, quality incentives, and production-based compensation.

About the Location

The practice is located in Fargo, North Dakota, a vibrant city centrally situated on the border of North Dakota and Minnesota. Fargo is approximately 3.5 hours northwest of Minneapolis/St. Paul and serves a population of 225,000. For more information about the area, visit www.visitfargo.com.
