The Division of Neonatology at the University of Arizona - Tucson seeks a qualified candidate to join our Level IV NICU. Our group provides Neonatology services at Diamond Children's Medical Center, Tucson's premier children's hospital with comprehensive pediatric subspecialty support. All teams supporting the unit have 24/7 NNP coverage, and the team embraces a collaborative approach to care with the Neonatologist and NNP working together.

The incumbent will participate with other team members in resident and medical student education, clinical research, quality improvement work, and other academic endeavors. The physician hired will have a faculty appointment at the University of Arizona consistent with the candidate's credentials. The role includes charting assistance and working alongside multiple residents, attendings, and NNPs on each shift for comprehensive support. Our fellowship program is internally approved, and we are on the verge of initiating the application process.

The department seeks individuals who are able to work with diverse students, trainees, and colleagues, and who have experience with a variety of teaching methods and curricular perspectives.
