About the Team
Trinity Health Medical Group (THMG) is seeking a full-time Neuroimmunologist/MS Specialist to join our Hauenstein Neurosciences team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. As part of the nationally recognized Trinity Health Neuroscience Center, you will have access to a wide range of subspecialty services, including General Neurology, Alzheimer's and Memory Disorders, Headache, Movement Disorders and Parkinson's, Multiple Sclerosis, Neuromuscular (ALS and MD), Neuro-Palliative and Supportive Care, Neuropsychology, Stroke, and Neurocritical Care.
Our model of care is multi-disciplinary, bringing together registered nurses (RN), licensed medical social workers (LMSW), and physical, occupational, and speech therapists. These disciplines work collaboratively with providers to deliver the highest standard of clinical care, offering additional support outside of normal clinical practice, including access to dieticians, chaplains, and other supportive care.
About the Role
You will join a collaborative team of 75+ Physicians and Advanced Practice Professionals. In this role, you will play a key part in advancing our MS Center partnership as we work toward becoming an MS Center of Excellence. The position offers the opportunity to participate in ongoing clinical trials and investigator-initiated research, with assistance from the Trinity Health Grand Rapids Clinical Trials Unit. Additionally, you will engage in medical education through teaching opportunities within our neurology residency program.
