Established for over 22 years, Primacare Physical Therapy is a dedicated outpatient rehabilitation facility with six locations across North Atlanta, including Suwanee, Buford, Duluth, Norcross, Lawrenceville, and Johns Creek. We serve individuals aged 10 and older, offering specialized services in Outpatient Orthopedics, Vestibular rehabilitation, Occupational Therapy, TMJ disorder therapy, and Neuro Rehabilitation. As a rapidly growing organization, we are expanding our reach to better serve the Gwinnett, South Forsyth, and North Fulton County areas.

About the Role

The Physician and Community Liaison Manager serves as the vital bridge between Primacare and the broader healthcare community. This role is designed to increase referrals and enhance relationships with key referral sources through strategic sales and marketing activities. You will be the face of our brand, responsible for marketing, public relations, education, and customer service initiatives.

A core component of this position involves presenting educational material to healthcare professionals in both individual and group settings. You will be highly involved in the development and management of your assigned territory, which covers physician offices in Gwinnett, South Forsyth, and North Fulton County. Success in this role requires a proactive approach to developing new accounts through cold calling and leveraging existing networks to drive growth.

The Day-to-Day

Your day will be a mix of field work and strategic planning. You will travel daily to visit physician offices and community partners, building relationships and promoting our rehabilitation services in competitive areas. This role demands an outgoing personality with excellent communication skills and the ability to speak confidently to medical professionals. You will act as an educator, helping healthcare providers understand the value of our specialized therapies for their patients.

While the standard schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., flexibility is required as after-hours and weekend engagements may be necessary to accommodate the needs of our partners and patients.
