We are seeking Hospital Medicine Physicians to join our team at Saint Mary's Hospital in Waterbury, Connecticut. As an equal and valued partner from day one, you will work within a Level II Trauma Center, STEMI Receiving Center, and Stroke Center. This 300-bed facility features a closed ICU and utilizes the Epic EMR system.
The role offers a dynamic clinical environment with approximately 16-17 encounters per day and 8-10 encounters per night per provider. We particularly welcome candidates interested in working in an academic setting with current residents. This position is designed for those who want to increase their impact, providing care when, where, and how patients need it, while enjoying financial transparency and comprehensive career development opportunities.
