About the Role

We're seeking a mission-driven Physician to join Curana Health and make a meaningful impact in skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted provider for residents by delivering high-quality, person-centered care, building strong relationships with facility staff, and mentoring Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to ensure consistent, coordinated care.

You'll play a vital role in improving health outcomes for some of the most vulnerable patients while enjoying the autonomy of private practice with the resources, stability, and growth opportunities of a leading healthcare organization dedicated to transforming senior care. This position offers the chance to serve as a clinical leader and ambassador, representing Curana Health's mission and values in the communities you serve.

Full-Time or Part-Time schedules are available. This role requires travel to and from one or more assigned facilities.
