The Physical Therapy Resident (PTR) is a physical therapist participating in a postgraduate training program designed to be completed within twelve months. This role exists to bridge advanced academic training with real-world clinical excellence, offering a unique opportunity to grow under mentorship while delivering high-quality care.
In this position, you will provide direct care to patients with varied diagnoses across the lifespan in diverse practice settings. Your day will involve implementing treatment plans, modifying goals as necessary, and supervising rehabilitation technicians, volunteers, and students. Beyond clinical duties, you will actively contribute to a positive learning environment, sharing your knowledge with observers and staff while ensuring all educational objectives are met.
Candidates must be currently enrolled in a PT Doctorate program to apply. Please note that all required certifications, including Basic Life Support (BLS), must be obtained upon hire.
