About the Role
As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions under the supervision of Physical Therapists. This role is vital to our mission of helping geriatric clients regain independence through personalized care plans. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes. Your day will involve implementing therapeutic exercises, gait training, and neuromuscular re-education while educating patients and caregivers on safety and functional mobility. Beyond clinical duties, you will play a key role in fall-prevention initiatives and home safety assessments, ensuring a safe treatment environment for every patient.
