About the Role
The Rehabilitation Aide serves as a vital bridge between the Patient Experience Coordinator and our clinical team. This role is designed to support the daily flow of the clinic, ensuring patients feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they arrive. You will work alongside physical therapists and physical therapist assistants, assisting with patient treatment, preparing patients for therapy sessions, and maintaining a clean, organized environment. This position is essential to our commitment to delivering exceptional patient experiences while supporting the operational efficiency of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePrepare patients for physical therapy treatments and assist with supportive devices
- check_circleAssist physical therapists during administration of treatments and provide routine care
- check_circleClean work areas and equipment after patient treatments
- check_circleTrack and order non-medical and medical supplies for the clinic
- check_circleAdminister routine treatments including hot/cold packs, ultrasounds, and electrical stimulation
- check_circleMaintain restrooms and restock supplies such as paper towels, tissue, and soap
- check_circleWash linens, fold towels, and maintain linen cabinets
- check_circleSafeguard, motivate, and assist patients practicing exercises under professional direction
- check_circleAssist with answering phones, scheduling appointments, and filing paperwork
Requirements
- verifiedHigh school graduate or intern preferred
- verifiedPrevious Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred
- verifiedAbility to read, write and speak English proficiently
Nice to Have
High school graduate or intern status. Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience. Basic knowledge of office equipment.
