In this position, you'll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and direct exposure to the field of physical therapy.
At ATI Physical Therapy, we offer a collaborative and welcoming environment where you will greet and interact with patients warmly both by phone and in person during the daily check-in process and throughout their appointment time. You will promote an efficient patient intake and registration process, assist clinicians with timely scheduling, and effectively onboard new patients by reviewing relevant paperwork, verifying benefits, and ensuring the completion of medical forms. Additionally, you will support Physical Therapists by preparing and cleaning treatment areas, setting up and adjusting exercise equipment, monitoring patient progress, and assisting patients in performing exercises and supporting their prescribed home exercise programs.
