Requirements
- verifiedActive Physical Therapist (PT) license in Arizona or compact eligibility
- verifiedGraduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- verifiedCurrent CPR/BLS certification preferred
- verifiedMinimum 1 year recent Physical Therapist experience preferred
- verifiedSkilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or rehabilitation experience preferred
