About the Role

This Part-Time Physical Therapist position is based in Nashua, NH, focusing on mobile outpatient therapy within community and facility settings. The role primarily involves providing rehabilitation services in in-home environments, whether that be a patient's private residence, an assisted living facility, or an independent living facility.

Through our "Powerback Rehabilitation To You" model, you will evaluate and treat patients in the most functional environment possible: their home. You will organize and provide speech-language services to facilitate rehabilitation, directing patient participation to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance. Your work will focus on facilitating the learning of skills essential for communication and swallowing, aiming to diminish or remediate disorders or deficits while promoting health within the scope of practice.
