We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join one of our area clients in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will help patients move better, feel better, and stay active, whether they are recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. The position is based in Fort Wayne, Indiana, offering a mix of outdoor recreation, cultural attractions, and family-friendly amenities. The city provides access to parks and trails, a growing dining and brewery scene, and community events, all within a region that offers an affordable cost of living compared to larger metropolitan areas.
Our partner operates family-oriented clinics featuring private treatment rooms and a commitment to 1:1 patient care. Currently, there are five clinics with ongoing expansion and planned hiring of multiple therapists over the coming years. The practice model emphasizes structured onboarding and ongoing in-house education to support professional growth.
New Physical Therapists are enrolled in a structured 1-year ProTailored Mentorship Program (PMP). This includes weekly mentor meetings for collaboration and shadowing, formal observation and feedback sessions, case reviews, and coaching. The program integrates over 100 hours of manual therapy training into onboarding and provides ongoing year-long support through professional presentations and book studies. Additionally, in-house continuing education courses are provided twice per year by organizations such as Great Lakes Seminars, with opportunities for dry needling certification within the first year.
To apply, please submit your application today. A recruiter will reach out to you with further details regarding the next steps.
