About the Role

As an Outpatient Pediatric Occupational Therapist in Norfolk, VA, you will work with children from birth to age twenty-one. Your mission is to provide one-to-one attention and customized plans of care that meet each child's unique needs. You will partner with parents and caregivers, encouraging their participation in sessions so they can effectively carry skills and home exercises into the child's daily life.

This role offers the opportunity to pursue specialties you are passionate about, such as Pediatrics, Neuro, or Hand therapy. You will utilize innovative resources like ScribeIQ, an AI documentation tool designed to significantly reduce administrative time, allowing you to spend more time with patients.
