As a Physical Therapist at Kaiser in Kula, Hawaii, you will provide comprehensive evaluation, management, and treatment services to patients referred by physician departments. You will serve as the primary clinical partner for patients, establishing rapport and conducting initial evaluations that include interpreting referrals, reviewing medical history, and performing specialized examinations. Based on these findings, you will develop and communicate data-driven treatment plans that include problem identification, measurable short-term and long-term goals, and clear discharge timelines. Throughout the patient's journey, you will manage their care in accordance with clinical guidelines, delegate and supervise clinical support staff, and collaborate with referring physicians and payor resources to ensure continuity of care.
Beyond direct patient care, this role involves active participation in program development initiatives. You will help design and implement clinics and protocols tailored to the needs of referring physicians, demonstrating innovation and flexibility in addressing evolving customer needs. You will also contribute to the department's culture of professional growth through quality improvement activities, peer reviews, research, teaching, and clinical preceptorships for students and volunteers.

One year of related experience in acute care, skilled care facility, sub-acute care, or outpatient settings. Doctor's degree in Physical Therapy.
