- check_circlePerform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations to determine functional status and rehabilitation needs
- check_circleDevelop and implement individualized, evidence-based plans of care to improve patient mobility and strength
- check_circleProvide therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, gait training, and neuromuscular re-education
- check_circleEducate patients and families on treatment plans, safety strategies, and home exercise programs
- check_circleDocument evaluations, treatment notes, and discharge summaries accurately in the electronic medical record
- check_circleMonitor patient responses to interventions and modify treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
- check_circleEngage in ongoing professional development to maintain clinical skills and support quality improvement
- check_circleAdhere to all institutional policies regarding infection prevention, safety, and ethical practice guidelines
- check_circleCollaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient-centered care

Requirements
- verifiedCurrent state license as a Physical Therapist (PT) in {JOB-STATE}
- verifiedGraduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program (CAPTE-accredited)
- verifiedBasic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved provider
- verifiedEligibility for or possession of national PT licensure by examination (NPTE passed)
Nice to Have
Experience or continuing education in orthopedic, neurologic, or cardiopulmonary rehabilitation. Membership in APTA or relevant professional associations.
