We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based rehabilitation services. In this role, you will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs designed to restore function, reduce pain, and improve the quality of life for our patients. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and rehab staff to coordinate holistic patient care in a supportive team environment.
Your day will involve performing comprehensive physical therapy evaluations, delivering interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and pain control, and educating patients and families on home exercise programs and functional goals. You will also play a key role in quality improvement and safety initiatives, ensuring the highest standards of care are met while mentoring PTAs and support staff as appropriate.
