CHI St. Vincent is a regional health network serving Arkansas and a proud part of CommonSpirit Health. Since 1888, we have been a history of firsts in the state, supported by over 4,500 coworkers, 1,000 medical staff, and 500 volunteers. CommonSpirit Health was formed by the alignment of Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) and Dignity Health in 2019, uniting our combined resources to build healthy communities, advocate for the poor and vulnerable, and innovate healing both inside our hospitals and in the community.
As a Physical Therapist at CHI St. Vincent, you will help patients rebuild or maintain their physical wellbeing following illness, injury, or aging. Your mission is to reduce pain, build strength and endurance, increase range of motion, and develop better balance to keep patients functioning at their best level.
You will work in a busy, fast-paced environment where the team sees several patients daily for initial evaluations, re-evaluations, and treatments. While you will perform most treatments yourself, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians and therapists to develop and execute personalized treatment plans. This role requires a personable, positive, and motivated approach to provide quality care to a wide variety of patients, from those recovering from orthopedic injuries or surgery to those managing traumatic brain injuries, strokes, or balance conditions.
Thriving in this role means being a dedicated team player. You will constantly collaborate with other therapists, patients, and their families to seek the best possible outcomes. The environment is full of supportive team members willing to offer help, advice, or mentoring at any time, fostering a culture where you can seek new learning opportunities and serve as a resource for others.
CHI St. Vincent provides you with the same level of care you provide to others. We care deeply about our team member well-being and offer benefits designed to complement and support your work/life balance.
We are an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
