About the Role
As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will be an integral part of our commitment to resident well-being. In this dynamic role, you will work closely with licensed physical therapists to provide essential treatments and procedures. Your day-to-day impact involves guiding residents through tailored exercise routines and assisting with the use of mobility aids, ensuring they receive the support needed to maintain their independence.
Beyond direct care, you will play a key role in the continuity of treatment by reviewing patient medical history, documenting progress, and adapting treatment plans as necessary. You will also serve as an educator, helping patients and their families understand health programs and maintenance strategies. Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized therapy environment while ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations is a core part of your responsibilities.
