About the Role
As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital support role in our inpatient setting, working alongside licensed physical therapists to deliver exceptional rehabilitation services. This position exists to ensure that every patient receives consistent, high-quality care through the implementation of tailored treatment plans. You will be the hands-on partner in therapy sessions, responsible for instructing, motivating, and assisting patients while monitoring their progress and documenting their response to treatment. Beyond clinical duties, you will help prepare treatment areas and ensure all equipment is in optimal condition, serving as a key communicator between patients, their families, and the broader healthcare team.
