Premiere Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will provide evidence-based rehabilitative care, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities. You will assess patient needs, track progress, and educate patients and families to support recovery and independence.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleConduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations including history, physical assessment, and functional mobility testing
- check_circleDevelop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans to address impairments and functional limitations
- check_circleProvide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and appropriate modalities to support recovery
- check_circleEducate patients, families, and clients on home exercise programs, body mechanics, ergonomics, and injury prevention strategies
- check_circleCollaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and health and safety trainers to coordinate and optimize patient care
- check_circleDocument evaluations, daily notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries accurately in compliance with regulatory standards
- check_circleSupervise and guide physical therapist assistants and rehabilitation aides to ensure safe and effective delivery of care

Requirements
- verifiedCurrent state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the work location
