Providence Clinical Network (PCN) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care. Collectively, our medical groups and affiliate practices are the third largest group in the country with over 11,000 providers, 900 clinics, and 30,000 caregivers. PCN includes Providence Medical Group, Swedish Medical Group, Pacific Medical Centers, Kadlec, and various foundations across Alaska, California, Montana, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas, and Washington.
Are you a therapist who thrives at the intersection of mind and body? Our Integrated Behavioral Health program operates across Providence primary care and pediatric clinics, offering two distinct models of care designed to meet patients where they are.
In Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH), you will practice with a wide scope, meeting patients in the clinic where they already show up. There are no waitlists or siloed referrals—just meaningful connections with people who might never walk through the door of a traditional therapy office. In Collaborative Care (CoCM), you will provide episodic, structured therapy alongside psychiatric consultation, supporting patients through a team-based, measurement-informed approach.
Both models require agility, a broad clinical toolkit, and the conviction that focused, well-timed therapeutic work can shift the course of someone's health. You will pivot across populations and presentations, drawing on a wide range of interventional skills to deliver care that treats the whole person. You won't do it alone; you'll join a dedicated team of behavioral health professionals working shoulder-to-shoulder with physicians, nurses, and care team members who understand the work, the pace, and the difference this model makes for patients who need us most.
This is a combined posting for a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor, and Social Worker (LCSW). The requirements for each role are listed separately, but consideration for each position will be based on qualifications. If you have the qualifications of any one of these three positions, we encourage you to apply.
Providence caregivers are not simply valued—they're invaluable. Join our team at Physician Management Group and thrive in a culture of patient-focused, whole-person care built on understanding, commitment, and mutual respect. Your voice matters here, because we know that to inspire and retain the best people, we must empower them.
At Providence, our strength lies in Our Promise of "Know me, care for me, ease my way." Working at our family of organizations means that regardless of your role, we'll walk alongside you in your career, supporting you so you can support others. As a comprehensive health care organization, we are serving more people, advancing best practices, and continuing our more than 100-year tradition of serving the poor and vulnerable.
