About the Role
This Physical Therapist position is based in Vineland, NJ, offering a unique opportunity to provide outpatient rehabilitation services primarily in an in-home setting. Through our "Powerback Rehabilitation To You" model, you will evaluate and treat patients in their most functional environment—whether that is a private residence or a room within an independent living facility.
You will be part of a flexible work environment that allows you to make a direct impact on the older adult population. Your day will involve assessing patient needs, developing individualized therapy programs to restore and enhance performance, and instructing patients and caregivers in skills essential for promoting independence. You will also collaborate with other disciplines to address comprehensive patient needs and ensure a safe, supportive atmosphere that prioritizes patient service.
