We are seeking a local contract Physical Therapist to join our team in Pembroke, North Carolina. This role is designed for professionals who value flexibility and the opportunity to make a direct impact in the community.
In this position, you will primarily provide outpatient rehabilitation services in an in-home setting for the older adult population. Whether treating patients in their private residences or within independent living facilities, you will evaluate and treat individuals in their most functional environment. This approach allows you to develop and deliver physical therapy programs that restore, reinforce, and enhance performance while promoting independence and productivity.
You will work with a flexible schedule in various settings, instructing patients and caregivers in essential skills to diminish or correct pathology.
