- check_circleEducate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
- check_circleCollaborate with physicians and therapists to coordinate interdisciplinary care
- check_circleDocument assessments, goals, and progress in the EMR system accurately and timely
- check_circleParticipate in interdisciplinary case conferences and quality improvement initiatives
- check_circleProvide guidance to therapy assistants and support staff as needed
- check_circleMaintain compliance with state, federal, and payer regulations
- check_circleEvaluate patients' physical function and develop individualized treatment plans
Requirements
- verifiedCurrent state Physical Therapist (PT) license
- verifiedDoctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from CAPTE-accredited program
- verifiedBLS/CPR certification
