At SERC Physical Therapy, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, you can focus on patient care while advancing your career in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy. When you join Upstream Rehabilitation, you get the strength of a national network with the feel of a local clinic. Our central support teams handle the administrative work, so you can focus on what matters most — the patient in front of you.
With a network of over 1,200 clinics coast-to-coast across 26 brand partners, we lead the industry in quality outcomes, leveraging data, technology, and innovation to reduce paperwork and give you more time for care. You'll be part of a fantastic group of clinicians who shape our culture, create a positive work environment, and know how to have fun along the way.
We are hiring full-time, part-time, and PRN Physical Therapists — including new grads — who want a clear path to professional growth that flexes with every stage of their career. This role is available across Central Arkansas clinics in Conway, Benton, Little Rock, North Little Rock, and West Little Rock.
As a Physical Therapist, you will develop individualized, evidence-based care plans and deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy. You will collaborate with peers in a fun, values-driven team environment, building lasting connections with patients and local providers. The role offers structured onboarding for new-grad Physical Therapists, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities for in-house Residency/Fellowship programs.
Specific details regarding benefits, eligibility, and the hiring process will be provided during the interview stages. Estimated pay ranges are based on factors including pay class, experience, background, and the geographic location of the clinic.

SERC Physical Therapy operates within the Wellness and Fitness Services industry, functioning as a member of the Upstream Rehabilitation family of clinical care. Headquartered in the Kansas City area, the organization has been delivering outpatient physical therapy services since its founding in 1997. The company serves patients seeking individualized treatment plans grounded in standard orthopedic protocols. By combining manual therapy with an active, exercise-based approach, SERC aims to return clients to their normal functional activities at both work and home. Patients receive home exercise programs to reinforce skills learned during therapy sessions, with modalities utilized only as supportive adjuncts to this primary functional strategy.
While maintaining local roots and a commitment to community service through charitable initiatives, SERC leverages the extensive educational and clinical resources available through its larger parent company. This structure allows the clinics to provide high-quality, personalized care that balances community focus with advanced clinical support. The organization maintains a workforce philosophy centered on inclusivity, celebrating diverse backgrounds to enhance value for patients, teammates, and the broader community. SERC remains dedicated to diversifying its staff at every level to reflect the communities it serves.
