About the Role
In this position, you will evaluate, plan, and implement evidence-based rehabilitation programs for patients with orthopedic, neurological, and medical conditions. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to restore function, reduce pain, and promote mobility and independence. This role is designed for a clinician dedicated to patient-centered care who is eager to mentor PT assistants and students while contributing to quality improvement initiatives and best-practice clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePerform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- check_circleDeliver evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
- check_circleDocument assessments, treatment sessions, and patient progress accurately in the EMR
- check_circleCollaborate with physicians, nurses, and other clinicians to coordinate patient-centered care plans
- check_circleEducate patients and families on home exercise programs, safety, and injury prevention
- check_circleSupervise and mentor PT assistants and students as appropriate
- check_circleParticipate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to best-practice clinical standards
Requirements
- verifiedCurrent state Physical Therapist (PT) license
- verifiedDoctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent accredited PT program completion
- verifiedBasic Life Support (BLS) certification
- verifiedEligibility for or completion of clinical specialty certification (e.g., OCS, NCS) preferred
